An opportunity has arisen to join the Radiology Quality and Governance Team within The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. The team is expanding to support an improvement assist in achieving UKAS QSI accreditation and the organisational vision in providing excellent care for the communities we serve.

We are looking for candidates who share our passion for providing a high quality service to patients, and the people important to them. Managing and supporting the QSI accreditation process with the Radiology clinical teams. 

Main duties of the job

The post holder:

To provide comprehensive administration support to the Quality Improvement Lead and other professional leads within the service
To support the processes associated with the implementing the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) in the imaging department services
To carry out the required administration and facilitation tasks to support the standard and the accreditation processes.
To communicate effectively with a range of professionals and organisations, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
The post holder will be expected to exercise initiative, prioritise work demands and communicate effectively with all professional leads.
