An opportunity has arisen to join the Dermatology department, working as  Administrative Support to the Dermatology secretaries.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated staff member to join our existing team, delivering high quality and confidential administrative and secretarial  support to the service.

 

 

Main duties of the job

 

Provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service for the secretaries, prioritising work to ensure deadlines are met.

Fully conversant with all Microsoft applications, word processing, Microsoft publisher, producing presentations using PowerPoint, maintaining databases on excel and access.

As part of the Admin and secretarial team, the post holder will be part of a small and friendly team of staff that are dedicated and enthusiastic.  They pride themselves on delivering a first class service to patients, consultants and the Dermatology nurses and consultants.

The well-being of our staff is of the upmost importance to us.  If you are offered a role at our Trust, and fall into the increased and higher risk categories as set out by Public Health England (PHE) and NHSI/E, your line manager will complete an risk assessment with you.  This will be completed in conjunction with the latest guidance from Public Health England in relation to Covid-19.
