We are looking for an Administration Officer, Procurement Officer or Pharmacy Support Officer to join our fantastic Procurement team.

This is a fast paced exciting environment that is essential to patient care.

The successful applicant will possess an NVQ Level 2 in pharmacy (or equiavlent experience). You must have previous experience within administration in a healthcare setting, ideally within Pharmacy. Computer skills are essential.

 

Main duties of the job

To support the efficient and effective running of the pharmacy procurement service

Maintenance of computer systems and databases
Raising medicine orders
Processing of invoices 
Liaising with medicine and equipment suppliers regarding medicine and equipment orders
